
In the wake of COVID-19
Crossroads United Way, serving Elkhart, LaGrange & Noble Counties, along with the Community Foundations in both Elkhart and LaGrange Counties, has raised nearly $2.5 million for immediate response and long-term recovery efforts. We are developing new partnerships and programs to invest in the recovery of our diverse communities.
- $913,076 distributed for basic needs, childcare, telemedicine & mental health services, workplace safety, masks, COVID testing, education, and more
- 62 nonprofit partners received United Way COVID funding in 2020
- 42,590 meals provided to families in need
- $100,000 invested in e-learning and child care at the beginning of the 2020-21 school year
