January 15 – January 28: Letters of Intent Closed
February 19 – March 16: Grant Applications Closed
March 11 – March 31: Strategic Investment Committee grant reviews/possible site visits
April 15 - May 3: Grant Notifications and contracts completed
The 2024-25 Grant Cycle is now closed. All applications submitted are now in the review process. Award recipients will be notified between April 15-May 3.
If your program provides services within our three areas of focus: Health, Education, and Income (Financial Stability), please apply.
The Letter of Intent will be submitted using a short application form within our grant portal and must be submitted by midnight on Sunday, January 28, 2024. It is highly recommended that you use your email address as the username.

Letters of Intent will be reviewed by the Crossroads United Way team who will determine which programs align with our program goals. Those selected will be invited to submit an application for a Program Grant. All programs submitting a letter of intent will be notified via email by February 14, 2024.
In addition, grant seekers will be required to submit your most recent IRS Form 990 and independent financial audit or financial review depending on your organization’s annual revenues. Must have been completed in the last 18 months. For organizations with annual revenues above $500,000, an independent financial audit is required. If annual revenues are $500,000 or below, an independent financial review will be accepted.
Approved grants will be funded over the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.
