This free tool is available to our community partners to utilize to send free messages about free information, resources, and events. Parents and caregivers will receive 2-4 messages per week. Partners must meet the following criteria and must add a link to go with the information they will provide.
Event Information
- Date
- Time
- What it is
- What the purpose of the event
- Link for the registration
- Type- education, health, etc.
- English/Spanish (need more time if translation is needed.)
United Way Requirements
- 3-4 Weeks in Advance
- CRUW Reviews and Uploads to BBT
- BBT reviews it 1 week prior- Minimum 72 hours needed to review
- BBT sends out the text X days before the event
