Engaging Employees During Your Campaign

  • Host Interactive Kickoff Events: Launch the campaign with a fun, engaging event that educates employees about the cause while building excitement.

  • Create Friendly Competitions: Organize competitions between departments or teams with prizes for participation or donations, fostering teamwork and fun.

  • Offer Incentives: Motivate participation with rewards like casual dress days, extra PTO, or raffle prizes for those who donate or volunteer.

  • Feature Personal Stories: Share impactful stories from those who have benefited from United Way to make the cause personal and relatable.
