Amy Grooms serves as the HR Manager for North America at Böllhoff Inc., a global leader in fastening and assembly technology. With over 15 years of experience in human resource management, she brings expertise in talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.
As a Board Member of Crossroads United Way, Amy leverages her HR expertise and leadership skills to support the organization’s mission of neighbor helping neighbor. She is also an active member of Women United, working to empower women in the community, support local initiatives, and strengthen programs that positively impact lives across Elkhart, LaGrange, Noble, and Steuben counties.
Through her professional and volunteer roles, Amy is dedicated to advancing the United Way’s four pillars: Youth Opportunity, Financial Security, Healthy Community, and Community Resiliency — ensuring that every person has the resources and support needed to thrive.
