United is the Way
For more than 100 years, Crossroads United Way has been a committed partner in strengthening our local communities across Elkhart, LaGrange, Noble, and Steuben counties. Over time, we’ve refined our approach to best meet the needs of those we serve.
Building on decades of experience, Crossroads United Way is now focused on four key initiatives that will have the greatest impact on our community:
- Youth Opportunity: Ensuring every young person has the support, education, and resources to thrive.
- Financial Security: Helping households gain the tools, knowledge, and stability they need to achieve long-term economic well-being.
- Healthy Community: Promoting access to physical, mental, and emotional health resources for all.
- Community Resiliency: Strengthening neighborhoods and families so they can withstand and recover from challenges.
These initiatives reflect our commitment to addressing the root causes of challenges faced by local families and individuals. By aligning our resources, programs, and partnerships with these focus areas, we are better positioned to create lasting, meaningful change.
