Ashley Martin serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of NIBCO INC., a worldwide leader in the manufacture of flow control products for the residential, industrial, marine, and commercial construction markets. As a Corporate Officer, Executive Leadership Team member, and Board of Directors representative, Ashley leads the fifth generation of Martin family leadership. NIBCO has been headquartered in Elkhart, Indiana, since its founding in 1904, and under Ashley’s leadership, the company continues to strengthen its legacy of innovation, operational excellence, and community commitment.
Since joining NIBCO in 2012, Ashley has held several key leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Wholesale Sales, General Manager of PEX, and Director of Distribution and Transportation. In her current role, she oversees global operations, strategic growth initiatives, and organizational performance to ensure the company achieves its operational and financial goals.
Ashley is a dedicated advocate for industry advancement and community leadership. She co-founded the American Supply Association Women in Industry group in 2013 and later served a two-year term as chairperson beginning in 2016. She currently serves on the Board of Indiana United Way, chairs the Crossroads United Way Board, and serves as chairperson for Friends of The Lerner in Elkhart, Indiana. She is also a member of the University of Notre Dame Business Advisory Council.
As Board President of Crossroads United Way, Ashley brings extensive experience in strategic leadership, operations, and stakeholder engagement. She is deeply committed to strengthening partnerships, expanding community-driven initiatives, and advancing Crossroads United Way’s mission to uplift individuals and families across Elkhart, LaGrange, Noble, and Steuben counties. Her leadership reflects her belief that neighbors helping neighbors is the foundation of strong, resilient communities.
Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Notre Dame and holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in strategy and operations management from Southern Methodist University.
