Grace Caswell serves as the CEO of the Noble County Convention & Visitors Bureau (Visit Noble County), a role she has held since February 2022. She leads efforts focused on tourism promotion, community engagement, strategic programming, and initiatives that support long-term economic and social well-being. Through her leadership, Grace works to connect regional partners and highlight the natural assets, experiences, and attractions that make Noble County a unique and welcoming destination.
Grace brings a diverse professional skill set that includes nonprofit administration, event planning, communications, marketing, writing, leadership development, and fund development. Her people-first approach is shaped by her academic background in Anthropology and Sociology from Oakland University, along with training in organizational psychology, allowing her to approach community work through both strategic and relationship-centered lenses.
She is deeply engaged in community leadership and regional collaboration. Grace serves as Secretary of the Crossroads United Way Board, helping guide efforts that strengthen communities across Elkhart, LaGrange, Noble, and Steuben counties. She also serves as Vice President of the Noble County Young Professionals Network and Secretary for Be Noble Inc., Noble County’s Economic Development Corporation, where she supports initiatives focused on economic vitality and workforce development.
With a strong passion for regional development and neighbor-to-neighbor engagement, Grace champions cross-sector partnerships, innovative growth strategies, and community resilience. She remains dedicated to collaborative efforts that lift up the places and people she serves. Grace resides in Indiana with her husband, Nik.
