Jennifer joined Crossroads United Way in the spring of 2021 after nearly 18 years with Goshen Health. She holds two bachelor’s degrees from Purdue University (Boiler Up!) in Dietetics and Nutrition, Fitness, and Health.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has been passionate about serving the community in roles that focus on wellness, safety, education, and volunteer engagement. She is a 2023 graduate of the Elkhart Leadership Academy and proudly serves as an Ambassador for the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce. Jennifer loves building connections and helping people come together to make a difference.
As Director of Resource Development, Jennifer works to build and strengthen relationships throughout the community to amplify United Way’s impact. She believes lasting partnerships and genuine connections are at the heart of meaningful change—and that’s what drives her every day.
