Jill Yoder

Jill Yoder serves as the Director of Community Engagement and Volunteerism at Crossroads United Way. She holds her Certification in Volunteer Administration (CVA) and has been part of the Crossroads team since 2021. Jill represents the organization on several local and national committees, including the United Way Worldwide Volunteer Engagement Council, the Healthy Families Advisory Board, the Elkhart County Volunteer Managers Roundtable, and CAP’s newly formed PCAIN Council. She’s passionate about helping others find joy through service and believes volunteering is one of the best ways to strengthen community.
