Michele joined Crossroads United Way in May 2022, bringing with her over 35 years of administrative support experience and a long-standing commitment to serving others. Prior to joining Crossroads, she spent more than 20 years in education, working with students from junior high through college, where she developed a deep understanding of community needs and the importance of empowering others.
As Operations Manager, Michele applies her expertise in organization, attention to detail, and process management to support the team’s mission. She plays a key role in streamlining operations and ensuring the organization runs efficiently, all while contributing to initiatives that strengthen and uplift the community. Michele is proud to be part of the Crossroads United Way team and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the region she serves.
