Natalie Buroker serves as Vice President at Crossroads United Way, where she leads fundraising, early childhood and systems level impact efforts (like ALICE) across a four-county region in northern Indiana.  With more than 15 years of nonprofit leadership, Natalie has held key roles at the local, state, and national levels. She is a United Way Worldwide Next Gen Fellow and serves on the Interra Cares Foundation and Elkhart Noon Rotary Club Board of Directors, as well as regional initiatives such as Thrive by Five and Building Strong Brains. Outside of work, Natalie finds joy in running and triathlons, reading, volunteering in school and church, and spending time with her family and their bernedoodle, Monty.
