Tara joined Crossroads United Way in February of 2025 after serving 25+ years at the University of Notre Dame. Tara received her AAS in Business Administration from Ivy Tech and a Certificate for Social and Cultural Diversity from Indiana University. In Tara’s time at UND, she worked in various roles including finance, human resources, and administration. In addition to Tara’s administrative skills and experience, she has a passion for community arts, specifically stained glass as well as leading grief support groups.
As Director of Finance and Human Resources, Tara manages all aspects of finance and human resources as well as relationship-building with the CRUW team, local partners, state and world-wide United Ways, and the local Elkhart, Lagrange and Noble communities.
